Gas Safety certifcate £40

  • Inspections include all appliances and pipework, everything required for a Landlord gas safety certificate

  • We require a 50% deposit for gas safety inspection

  • £40 Inspections can only be carried out between 9.00am & 4.00pm monday to friday

  • Out of hours inspections will include a surcharge.

  • This charge is for a landlord gas safety inspection and is applicable whether it is a pass or a fail.

  • Failed gas safety inspections will still be issued with a Failed certificate.

  • Dangerous gas appliances will be disconected for safety.

  • Missed appointments by tenants will result in the loss of your deposit, and a will have to be rebooked with the full amount payable in advance.
